200HR Yoga Alliance Certified Program
Dates to be announced.
Structured to meet the requirements of the Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification, this intensive course is a progressive and practical immersion into the history, skills and wisdom of teaching and practicing yoga with an ethos of balance and harmony. Our symbiotic approach to yoga encourages you to go beyond the physical postures to a deeper dimension of insight into the delicate synthesis of mind, body and nature. The curriculum is based on functional anatomy and holistic approaches to healing and well-being, and is enriched with Eastern and Western philosophy. We regard yoga as a personal, transformative journey and integrate its ancient roots into our mind-body teachings. With an ever-present underpinning of mindfulness, we emphasize both the active yang style of vinyasa flow as well as the slow, quiet and stationary process of yin yoga.

Learn why yin yoga is important as it relates to our nervous system, internal organ health, energetic vitality and general well-being. Along with deepening your study of pranayam and mindfulness we explore Chinese meridian theory and apply the ancients wisdom to sequencing of yin poses.
